MY ORDER Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Contact Us, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
SHIPPING Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: When will my order ship? A: Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 additional days for shipping. Notify us by e-mail if you require your order sooner. We will do our best to accommodate you.
RETURNS Q:What is your return policy? A: We hope you are thrilled with your Wicked Stitches purchase. However if you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so by e-mailing us at CustomerService@SewMuchToSay.com within 14 days. Please note that there are no returns on custom or personalized items. PRIVACY Q: What is your privacy policy? A: Your order is processed on a secure server. We do not share your information with, or sell your information to anyone.
